Trees, Warm Fire, and Catnip!!! It's All Right Here

    Hi it's Bella again, can you guess what time of year it is? Christmas time! My favorite part of Christmas is the tree, have you ever slept under a Christmas tree? The warm lights on your fur, the paper bird ornaments above your head, and packages all around the fake snow your laying on. And on Christmas morning we wake up by the fire and jump into our catnip filled stockings.

    Of course we have to go to the clan sometime on Christmas Eve though, we go at around 1 in the morning. Data, Itzel, and I always dig into the fresh kill pile. We go back to the house about 2 hours later and sleep. When the humans come we all greet them with a loud purr. Usually on Christmas Eve we have a bunch of other humans over at the house.

    We get a lot of attention, but it's not always fun. Sometimes they won't leave us alone at all! So sometimes we go into our hiding places, like the shoes. And at the end of the night we always settle down.

My Almost Favorite Time of the Year

    Thanksgiving my favorite time of the year, almost (My first is Christmas I'll get to that later) Thanksgiving for us cats is just an excuse to get food. At the clan our Thanksgiving is just food that we take from humans. I usually don't go to the clan for very long on Thanksgiving.

    Just so you guys know my name is still Bella, on my graduation they decided that.....actually let me state exact words from Fire Star our clan leader "Bellana we, the clan have all decided to let you keep your name because you live with the humans,"

A Long Couple of Weeks

   I'll start at the beginning of the first week. Remember a few posts ago when I fought that dog? Well I know the dog's name. I fought him last  week too. His name is Titan, and the other dog, her name is Tilly.

    I fought Titan that night because when Daddy let them out that night he was extra hyper. Nikki was going outside to give Tilly and Titan a piece of bread. Titan squeezed through Nikki's legs! He came at the cats so I protected Data and Itzel. 

    We got into another fight, and like the other time I won without a scratch. And he left with scratch marks and a bleeding nose. I had accidentally scratched Nikki's ankle, she was fine. But she felt bad for letting Titan in. She was shaking for hours.

After all those events

    And this week I got out two times this week. My humans were looking for me and Data for a while so we decided to go back inside. And after doing each of those things I always did this afterward.

What's So Special About July 4th?

    Apparently it's July 4th. What's so special about that. Everybody going around saying "Happy 4th of July!" Next week is everybody going to be saying happy 11th of July? And does this so called holiday have to do with all those loud "Fireworks"?

    Because I really don't like those things. I mean It's the middle of the night, loud noises and then lights blowing up in the sky. I was at the clan and I was out on hunting patrol and I saw humans going around their backyard with sticks lit on fire. That was yesterday I wonder how it's going to be today. Because yesterday wasn't even the fourth, it was the third.

    So if tonight is worse than last night, I am NOT going to the clan. And if I do HAVE to go I'm staying inside. After all, who would want to be around a human you don't even know with a stick on fire in his or her hand. I mean if you were a cat, would you want to be around one?

    

Charlie

    Hi it's Bella again. It was about a month ago when Charlie came. Charlie was one of Nikki's friend's cat. Well this girl had too many cats, and needed to get rid of some. Charlie was one.

    I know that she loved Charlie, but her Grandpa was allergic. I felt bad for Charlie because he loved her back. Nikki and Mommy were going to give him to somebody. He had to stay at our house for a while.

    And he was an outdoor cat, and was not house trained. He ended up using the restroom on the rug. And Nikki didn't know that he was using the restroom and picked him up. Then she put him on the couch so it got all over the couch.

    Then after that he had to stay outside. 

The House Is Mine

    I've got another adventure for you. I have been talking about school in my posts. Well, it reminds me of the time my humans went on a trip. It was just us cats, and a so called "House sitter" that only came by for like 5 minutes.
    My humans had gone on a trip, I don't know to where though. The house was mine, Itzel's, Data's.   We could do anything we wanted. So we went to the clan early to stay there until sundown. 
    We were so excited to see what the clan was like during the day. Not only did I get to practice fighting skills but also to go and see my friends. But there was 1 problem. All the people that weren't my friends called me kitty pet. Which means I was born in what they call two-legged territory.
    And when they called me a kitty pet I just told them that even though I'm a kitty pet, I was as loyal to the clan as they are. And the last time I just lost it and attacked him. But after a while somebody broke us up. But, he was already scratched up. We both had to go to the clan medicine cat to heal the wounds on our paws, back, shoulders, and face.
    After that we had to talk to the leader of the clan. We got a stern talking to and since he was the  one who called me a kitty pet, he had to hunt for the whole week. After he left, the leader of the clan, StormClaw, told me not  to listen to them. So I didn't.
    But when my humans came back I ran back to the house and ran to the door when they came in. Then everything was back to normal.

Apprentice Work

     Well, I told you about summer and about my school. And since it's summer I can work on my apprentice work. I want to be the best warrior I can be. Now that summer is here, I can practice fighting. But being a warrior is not just fighting.
    We have to honer the warrior code. When I was a kit, I thought being a warrior was all about fighting. Not any more. I realize that the warrior code is very important.
    Next year, I will not be an apprentice any more. I will graduate and have an apprentice of my own. I hope to have one of my favorite kits. RavenPaw or IcePaw. IcePaw is SnowPaw's sister. And once we graduate our names change. My name might be BellaStar, but there is no way to know for sure.
    But for now I have to worry about my fighting skills. We usually practice with other cats that are the same rank as us warriors, but today was different. We practiced with the best warriors in the clan. I knew they were not going to take it easy on me.
    And I beat one of the warriors! After we had practiced, we all had some fresh kill, and went to bed. It takes me 15 minutes to get home from the clan. And I was exhausted. I went right up to Nikki's room and fell asleep on her pillow.
    I was so happy to go to sleep.

SUMMER TIME

    Hi it's Bella again. You might think just because I'm a cat, I don't go to school. Well you are completely and totally wrong. It's not like human school of course. We go to school to learn about hunting and fighting.
    We start to go to school when we are just kits. Then when we get older we turn into apprentices. Once that's over we have our own apprentices. Once we get to an age it is time to become the elders of the clan.
    We learn to hunt so that when we get old enough for hunting patrol we will be experts. We learn to fight if just in case some other clan decides to invade our clan. We go to school at night when humans are sleeping. I have a bunch of secret ways to get in and out of the house.
   The humans don't know this but that is how ants get in and out. Most of the cats at school don't have humans, all I know is that Snowpaw and Berrynose live with humans. Itzel Bitzel started school about a year ago, and Data already has an apprentice, and I am an  apprentice. Everybody thinks my mom or Cat Seven died in battle with WindClan.
    Snowpaw has hunting patrol with me, and Berrynose has border patrol with me. Border patrol is where they have two to three cats at spaces of the border. That is so if other clan's cats try to invade our clan, we can warn the clan. Itzel Bitzel also has border patrol with me.
    I still go back to the clan at night, like if I was going to school. But cats go to the clan during summer because they live there or because somebody has to watch over our territory. I'm so glad it's summer!

A New Cat In Town, I Don't Think So

      Well what I thought would happen on Valentine's Day happened. But enough on that and more on the new cat in town. Whoever it is won't take my place in this town. I haven't seen her yet, but people say she has a tail just like mine! This won't work, if I see her even through the window in my house, I will have a little talk with her. Just about how she is in my town and not to steal my town.
     Nobody is going to steal my town anytime soon. If I find her soon I will put it on my blog in the exact words I say. Nikki wasn't here to see the cat because she was at a friend's house. But I predict that she will come around the house about two times a week at least. It has been raining so maybe she will try to sleep on the porch at night, maybe.I mean my land is amazing, what cat wouldn't want to stay here.

Valentine is Here, Finally

      Hi it's Bella, so as you may know already Valentine's is here! Do you know what that means, for a cat? Of course you don't. Well it means candy floating around the house, of course! I will tell you a little bit about it. Well, we'll play with the candy for a little while and then, eventually it'll be mostly unwrapped.Then we'll lick the candy, after we get tired of it we'll leave it on the floor for our humans to pick up. Later I'll tell you if all this really happens on Valentine's Day.

A Special Adventure

Me Calmed Down

      It's Bella again and I've got a new adventure for you. This one is about a DOG getting in my house and me fighting the dog. Well it started one Saturday when Daddy came home from work and he always lets the dogs out at night. And Titan was at the door like always and since Daddy opened the door and Titan was so hyper that he got between Daddy's legs. He got in the house and of course ran towards the group of cats by the window. So Itzel Bitzel was the first one to run then Data hid behind Itzel Bitzel but I stood there in shock. I attacked Titan when he ran at me. After about ten seconds Mommy broke up the fight. Then finally Titan was out of the house. It took a little while to let me calm down. Of course Nikki helped me calm down. And this was me after I calmed down.

My Adventures

One of my Adventures

      Hi this is Bella again. Now that you know everything about me it is time to get to know my adventures. The picture you see to the left is me on top of the cabinet, if I were to jump on that cabinet I would hit my head.. As soon as I learned how to get on the cabinet and other high places I could do anything. But first I taught Data (My step dad) how to get up there. He did it,eventually. Then I tried to teach Itzel Bitzel how to get up there but she is scared of almost everything, she's scared of outside,the basement,even when the printer makes noise! So she never joined any of my adventures. So she probably won't be in my blog very often ,unless she is a cause or effect.
      This is also one of my adventures,it is about the time when I found really good places to keep our stuff that we take from our humans. We mostly take socks and other small objects,so it is easy to put it in the secret stashes. I can't tell you about one of our secret stashes because our humans might find out where we put socks and rubber bands. So I am going to tell you about one which is the old couch in the upstairs loft. There are two holes in the back of the couch one is used for going in the other for going out.I found it while playing with a paper ball laying around. I lost the paper ball so I looked everywhere when finally I went behind the couch and put my paw under the couch cover that the humans put over the couch and I put my head under the couch cover and saw a hole so I went in there must of been so many paper balls and rubber bands I couldn't believe my eyes. I got a paper ball in my mouth then jumped out the hole I saw at the top of the couch. Then ran to Data and Itzel Bitzel then told them everything and ever since then I have been stashing stuff there.

       Hi my name is actually Bellana but people call me Bella I am a cat. I am going to tell you a little bit about myself. I have one sister her name was supposed to be Cessy but the name Itzel Bitzel stuck. My step dad's name is Data. I don't know who my real dad is,but I was after my dad not my mom. My mom's name is Cat Seven and well I miss my mom,she was a wild cat I am the oldest daughter and Itzel Bitzel is the youngest so when my Human found her she gave birth to me. About a year after that she went back outdoors again but my Human could tell something was wrong so she took her back indoors. Then she gave birth to my sister, Itzel Bitzel. My sister was after my mom they are Tuxedo cats. My dad and I are American Longhair. Data is a Blue Russian I live with five humans one is my human,Nikki the other humans are called,Mommy,Daddy,Sissy, and Brother.
      You might be wondering by now why I'm making this blog well one day I was watching my human on her blog so I decided "Why can't I have one?" So I made the blog you are reading right now.
